With a baseline of hypersensitivity, dyslexia, anxiety, depression and trauma Sofia has slowly added tools to her tool belt to navigate the world better for herself and her clients.  She is passionate about sharing life hacks and  compassionate education with anyone who will listen.

Sofia's specialties include working with teens and adults struggling with neurodivergence, mental, emotional and behavioral issues.

Aaron's ADHD, dyslexia and anxiety have propelled him to excel as a life coach with the International Coaching Federation earning a Professional Certified Coaching (PCC) and working on his Master Certified Coaching (MCC) credentials.

Aaron's specialties include business and executive coaching for entrepreneurs to be and those looking to manage their energy more efficiently.  He will help guide you to:

When he's not helping people build their lives and business he's building cool stuff for people, playing the drums, or helping on his wife's flower farm.
